this will improve our code quality significantly.
currently our code base is in poor condition.

@gruppin - what are the steps required to achieve that?
AFAIK- the task should be something like that:

Setup TS configuration for webpack- for local env
Configure a dev env command, in which we can develop locally (replace npm start)
Configure a build command, for production/ stg use

GalGend removed this from the 2023 milestone 1 (April - June) milestone
