Structure fix goal

Working with raster data I need to organize the following raster intersections and layers:

1. raster data for Nagano (clipping mask): outline of Nagano only -- to use for all general data that includes all of japan-- it filters data only down to nagano

2. google satellite imagery of Nagano only -- intersect with above mask-- (within tif file size constraints: ONLY SYNC low res or not at all for QGISCloud)

3. CSMapMaker(https://github.com/waigania13/CSMapMaker) render over the JAXA raster data (slope and elevation data)
