Running list of existing plugins to add

Moving forward I'm going to track the plugins to add in this gsheet so we can include notes and tags in one place. Some plugins should be ignored and not added (archived, ownership transfers, test plugins, etc.), once we make a decision we need a way to keep notes so we dont constantly reevaluate the same plugins.

The list of plugins to add were being tracked in issues that were forever growing. Subsets of this list can be spun off as fully scoped issues.

This also lets us filter the list to target high priority plugins (i.e. SDK based, no variant exist yet, etc.).

Feel free to add comments here if theres anything we might be missing or extra context you might have about whether we should or shouldnt prioritize adding a particular plugin.
