Limit "enable notifications" pop-ups

I have intentionally disabled Meshtastic notifications using the Android notifications settings. However, when I use the app, I get repeated pop-ups to re-enable notifications, seemingly one queued up, per incoming message. I see the value of occasionally notifying me that notifications are disabled, but IMHO the app should not be fighting with the android setting. Version 2.5.2.

I would like to add to your request and get the popups fixed that occur just prior to a node reset which are then followed by a disconnected error message. If you are fast enough to close the first dialogue the second one never shows up. It seems like the Android app "thinks" the node is still connected while the first dialogue is on the screen and when the node does reset, the app finds this to be an error even while the app was the initiator of the reset process.
I am thankful that the Meshtastic app does not spam me with notifications about me having disabled Google Play Services. :)

Just a detail: I can't quite tell, but I now believe the "enable notifications" nag happens when a new node is added to the database, not when a message arrives. I'm in a busy part of the world and the node database is constantly updating, so it's still very frequent.
