Instructions for DAO* Discussions

👋 Welcome!

The DAO* forum is intended to support the DAO improvement proposal (DAOIP) system. We hope you'll use it to ask questions, share ideas, and collaborate with other DAOists to produce public standards and open-source software that benefits the entire ecosystem. Here are some ways to get involved:

1. Introduce yourself in the big Introductions thread.
2. Discuss or ask questions about existing DAOIPs in their respective threads.
3. Post an idea under the Idea category. Ideas can be loosely formed or in draft/WIP stage. See instructions here.
4. Ask general questions about DAOstar in the Q&A category. NOTE, this is not intended to be a Q&A for all aspects of DAOs! There are other resources for that.
5. Submit a DAOIP and set up a discussion thread for it.

We want to encourage high-quality discussions and a low signal-to-noise ratio. Therefore, DO NOT post ideas here if you have no plans to write them up or implement them as a DAOIP. If you have a feature request for the DAOstar API infrastructure that you want the DAOstar editors or engineering team to implement, post that as an issue in this repo.
