Auto Instrument using OpenTelemetry

The thinking here is to automatically hook into various SSE and create traces. I noticed frameworks like Genkit (https://firebase.google.com/docs/genkit) do this too. Not put a lot of thinking where these traces could go either? Think I wanted to look at https://github.com/openlit/openlit around this too... 🤔
