[Help wanted] Matter Chrome extension

The goal is create an extension for Chrome that will allow to interact with Matter devices around and maybe to simulate Matter devices for testing.

Tasks to do this:

• define the first features for this extension
• create interfaces to isolate node specific APIs (probably: network, Crypto, Buffer, timers)
• implements browser / chrome versions (some APIs can only be provided as a Chrome extension, like UDP communication)
• build the extension UI
• publish on Chrome Web Store
