Option to append completed tasks with a timestamp to another markdown file

Thanks for making this awesome plug-in!

I'm finding I'd like the ability to auto-log completed tasks, especially to append them to any other markdown file rather than a dedicated kanban completion log, because that way it could be included in a tracker that logs other things.
