I ran ever token command and typed my token and noteStoreUrl , then I got a NOTIFICATIONS

I have checked user setting file settings.json, the attribute "evermonkey.token" and "evermonkey.noteStoreUrl" have been set up successfully. Also, I can publish my note to evernote.
