yarn sink gsheet does not save cell formatting. RichTextValue should enable us to read styled cells without manually adding tags as plaintext. https://developers.google.com/apps-script/reference/spreadsheet/rich-text-value#gettextstyle

Requires use of Google's apps script API: https://developers.google.com/apps-script/api/concepts
