E.g. just audio.play(Sound.GIGGLE).

You hear a short sound and then nothing happens. You don't get the REPL.

Additional Ctrl-C will still interrupt further Ctrl-D gives the same result.

Music doesn't have this issue so somehow related to the buffer-based audio?

@microbit-robert confirmed this isn't an issue on the device.
