Unclear to me what that means exactly, but I publish a Nuget package, that enables you to use a .dacpac file as the source when running the Entity Framework Core ef dbcontext scaffold command: ErikEJ.EntityFrameworkCore.SqlServer.Dacpac - the same functionality is also available in the EF Core Power Tools Visual Studio extension
