It will be a great added-value to include DevOps as an integral pillar of Blockchain development specifically with the recent announcement DevOps for Blockchain Apps
 and DevOps for Blockchain Smart Contracts

While this update to the WDS is interesting, it needs to be assessed to what benefits it adds. The main point of the WDS is to focus on Azure Blockchain Workbench. Adding in Azure DevOps components may over complicate the WDS beyond its objectives and confuse or unnecessarily make it difficult for participants.
