Servicing stack update SSUs missing from MSRC KB5011570

Trying to find this update as we use the MSRC guide to make a list of updates that need to be applied each month. Not sure how or why this update is missing from the MSRC catalog. The update I am looking for was published in March 2022, we have revisited some change requests and found that the update was approved by WSUS automatically however the MSRC catalog did not publish KB5011570 nor does it mention it in https://msrc.microsoft.com/update-guide/en-us/vulnerability/ADV990001 When I filter all updates from MSRC I am also not able to see that this update is listed anywhere.

This update was probably present on the page https://msrc.microsoft.com/update-guide/en-us/vulnerability/ADV990001 when it was at revision 46.0 in March 2022.
Its support page https://support.microsoft.com/kb/5011570 has a link to the SSU main landing page: ADV990001
It's not present now on ADV990001 because there's a new SSU for 1607/Server 2016 published in March 2023 (KB5023788).
The supersedence is the following between March 2022 and March 2023:
KB5011570 > KB5014026 > KB5016058 > KB5017095 > KB5017396 > KB5023788
