Failed to launch debug adapter. Reccomendation error

The same error as in #7392, which I fixed by installing newest Python interpreter.
The reason I installed Python 3.6 because I got recommendation window, which you can get if you have no Python interpreter previously installed (from Visual Studio 2022).
(Don't know how to get this window now but seems it was some microsoft link).
Please fix this link so it should lead to the Python interpreter you currently supporting.

Hi there, thanks for you report. Can you confirm if VS leads you to this link? https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=299430. This might be where we have the older version of python recommended.
