While advanced paste is turned on, pasting into any application also pastes into slack while it's closed to system tray

Steps to reproduce

This started recently so I think it was a recent update that caused it.

Pre-requisite: Have slack installed.

1. Open slack and have a chat open. Input does not need to be focused in my testing.
2. Minimize slack to the system tray - I turn the setting on and click the windows chrome close button
3. Paste text from your clipboard into any other application - i simply pasted into the URL bar of the chrome browser
4. Open slack

✔️ Expected Behavior

Nothing is pasted into slack input

❌ Actual Behavior

The clipboard content you pasted is also pasted into a slack input

Advanced Paste pasting into chat apps is very problematic and even it being turned on by default is not good.
that amount of time it accidently put stuff in Slack chat which is not relevant (switching between work and back to the chat) could also expose private info.
