Description of the new feature / enhancement

Instead of the current .txt extension for log files, I'd like to move it to .log. This allows for user-defined file associations to be honored, such as CMTrace. It will also automatically enable syntax highlighting in VSCode.

Scenario when this would be used?

For all logs generated by PowerToys.
