Steps to reproduce

Have Teams install updates? I do not know the exact steps. I do know that I had two listings after an update, but it just updated again today, and now I have three listings.

Teams auto updates.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Only one listing for the app

❌ Actual Behavior

Is listed 3 times

#32063 released in 0.81.0 improve how the update of packaged apps is handled by PT Run. It should prevent cases like that.

I mean, it seems to be working. Just weird it didn't tell me there was a new version when I got my version info.
