This is not a dup of prior issues like: #26210 or #26253

Peeks seems to try and render CSVs using Excel, but fails:

Renaming the file with .txt works as expected:

✔️ Expected Behavior

A preview of the CSV file (CSV is just plain text not a proprietary XML Office format)

❌ Actual Behavior

Preview fails as it tries to render as an Excel file
