Steps to reproduce

When running a full screen web window in Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox or any other browser you must first minimize or at least place your mouse cursor outside of the window before the windows-Shift-T hotkey will work. This was not an issue in the previous versions.

If there is another way to fix it let me know

✔️ Expected Behavior

To press the hotkey and have it popup within the window I am using, without requiring me to be on the "desktop"

@blueprint703 : I'm unable to reproduce this. Win+Shift+T brings up the Text Extractor fine for me on both Chrome and Edge in full-screen mode.

Would you able to help us by:

• Causing the issue to occur again.
• Creating a /bugreport. Please mention the rough time when the issue occurred and if relevant, please include more details that might help us reproduce the problem. Thanks!

Thanks for uploading the bug report. I couldn't find anything odd either in the settings or in the logs. And I'm still unable to reproduce the problem. Could you make a screen recording as you suggested? That might help us understand the issue better.
