Steps to reproduce

Open an app or program that is resource demanding, preferably a game such as Overwatch, and random input lag will often occur. Otherwise, it will happen randomly while using the OS.

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys does not interfere with keyboard input when another program is using a lot of the computer's resources.

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys introduces random input lag issues while it is running, especially and more intensively when another program is using a lot of resources.
