Description of the new feature / enhancement

Request for "Keyboard Manager"

descriptions

Currently, Alt (left) and Alt (right) (and others with left/right) are supported.
But the pushing both left and right button combination is not supported.
I want to use such combinations to switch behaviors since alt is near the spacebar and is usually easy to access.

Scenario when this would be used?

always

can you explain when you'd use this more? just would love to better understand it. Typically typing, you have one hand that favors modifiers. I have a mental model here but would love to better understand how you'd plan to do this /needinfo

@crutkas
Thank you for your comment.

I would like to use left alt as modifer for most cases since it is easy to push and hold by left hand's thumb (basically I want to change the keys: alt to ctrl).
At the same time, I would like to use right alt with [h, j, k, l] for arrow keys (#33774).
Some shortcut will use modifier (ctrl/win) + something + arrow keys to change dynamically such like window switching.

So, I like to use left and right alt both the same time with other keys for those situations.
