Repro Steps

1. Install Ubuntu-22.04 and use it for a period of time, with docker installed in it.
2. Use wsl --unregister Ubuntu-22.04 to uninstall
3. An error occurred in docker desktop and the vhd file could not be found.
4. An error occurred in wsl and the vhd file could not be found.
5. Use wsl --unregister to uninstall all distributions and try to reinstall them.
6. WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80070002

.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.

After I reinstalled using the command winget install Microsoft.WSL, the problem was solved. The current version in the winget store is 2.1.5.0
