Ability to use Creator Kit items without creating cross-solution dependencies

Has there been any thought to replacing some of these components with Controls, or otherwise allowing makers to use these components without creating a dependency on the Creator Kit solution?

With our ALM process, it becomes very difficult when makers install the Creator Kit solution in their Development environment, and then deploy via our ALM pipeline to a target environment where the Creator Kit hasn't been installed (and where they don't have permission to install it themselves). Removing these dependencies would be much cleaner.
