How to set pylance to use project stubs over bundled stubs?

Hello,

I am having trouble with the bundled Django stubs provided by pylance.
My understanding is that these are provided from https://github.com/sbdchd/django-types
My trouble is that they are incomplete as compared to https://github.com/typeddjango/django-stubs for the version of Django I am using.

Reproduction

• Create a new virtualenv and install django==4.1.7 and django-stubs==1.16.0
• Create a new python file with the following:

from django.utils.functional import classproperty

• Open in VSCode
• Set pylance to be language server and to typecheck python files
• This produces the following error
  "classproperty" is unknown import symbol
• Delete the bundled stubs from pylance

rm -rf $HOME/.vscode/extensions/ms-python.vscode-pylance-2023.3.30/dist/bundled/stubs/django-stubs

• Run: Python: Restart Language Server
• No error is present

How do I configure pylance to use the django-stubs in my virtualenv?
