[FEATURE REQUEST] Code Refactor to Change Positional Arguments in Function Call to Keyword Arguments

lets say I have a function:

def f(x, y):
    return x+y

and I've called the function as such:

z = f(1,2)

I would love to have refactor support to change the call auctomatically to:

z = f(x=1,y=2)

And potentially back to positional arguments.
