onPasteCapture onPaste events wont trigger on this browser.

Repro steps:

do onPasteCapture or onPaste on simple React App

Expected behavior:

to trigger it. I thought my app is broken xD until I use it on real browser.

Additional context:

hmm nothing, I wonder if this the issue again by the browser being headless. Its quite sad to have single monitor this days xD

Thanks for filing this. We'll need to investigate to see where this is coming from. It could, indeed, very well come from the fact that the browser is headless. I'm not certain that all events are being carried over to the real browser engine behind.
