Adding query parameters to a GetByIds POST request

I'm having a hard time understanding how to use the SDK when it comes to adding query parameters to a POST /directoryObjects/getByIds request. The requestConfiguration.QueryParameters is of type RequestConfiguration, and DefaultQueryParameters is an empty Kiota abstraction class. How can I specify a "Select" like below for example when it isn't available from the compiler?

GetByIdsPostRequestBody body = new ()
{
    Ids = ...,
    Types = ...,
};

client.DirectoryObjects.GetByIds.PostAsGetByIdsPostResponseAsync(body, requestConfiguration => {
  requestConfiguration.QueryParameters.Select = ...
}
