Using Ctrl on some shorcuts not working

Steps to reproduce

1. Increase and decrease image size shortcut keys using ctrl are not working.
2. And all the reader size (50% to 250%) shortcut keys using ctrl are also not working.
3. Assign any other key to them and they work. They are not working with ctrl.

For the keys to work

Keys are not working.
