idea: add output option for fetch:packagexml command to give filename and/or ensure output package.xml splits when entries over 10k

Great plugin! Very useful.

My only grip is having to manually split larger package.xmls - I have a couple projects where reports objects alone are >10k files. Have the option to include the filename output, along with automatic detection of the 10k limit being reached and continuing in a 'part2/3' file would be helpful.

Thanks @absolutered03 glad you find it useful. I have hit the same issue on one of the larger orgs I have worked on. It's definitely a good idea.
