Custom region/server location results in failed login "The authorization header is malformed; the region is wrong; expecting 'us-east-1'."

Expected Behavior

I should be able to login in the web UI after I set a value in "Settings -> Server location"

Current Behavior

After changing "Settings -> server location" to "eu-central-1" the login fails with "The authorization header is malformed; the region is wrong; expecting 'us-east-1'."

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Log in to the minIO web console
2. Navigate to Settings
3. "Server Location" should be empty at this point
4. Set "Server Location" to a value different to 'us-east-1', e.g. 'eu-central-1'
5. Log out
6. Try to log in again
