Refer and monitor prototype

Based on Gov.UK Prototype Kit v13, hosted on the MoJ Cloud Platform.

Local Development

Run the command npm run dev and open http://localhost:3000 in a web browser.

Deployment

Create a new branch, work on the changes locally, raise a pull request from the branch.

Once merged, the changes will deploy automatically.
