Add a module that can collect battery voltage, this will probably be board dependent.

Hardware mod to C3 to connect jumper at pin
sensor_battery.{cpp,h} based on sensor_analog
merge - like actuator_digital
MQTT return is 76 - outgoing was 0 - maybe issue converting int->string or back ?
