Revision history modal pops up over the save modal sometimes

When you click the save control button, it sometimes causes a revision history modal to pop up over the save modal which means that you need to close the revision history modal before being able to interact with the save modal. Seems to happen only a few times per user session, usually near the beginning of the session or when interacting with certain controls like the first control.
