Call for help, big changes required to support Qt 6.7, 6.8 and 7.x

You may know a discussion on #817
that Qt6 package distribution maintainer changes its directory structure on https://download.qt6.io and its mirrors.

To track the change, we need to change many of aqtinstall codes to adopt it.
It is difficult for me to take time to complete the task because of my spare time limitations.

Here is a call for help, and a discussion of how you and we can improve the code with a corporation.

aqtinstall has two big features, one is installer and another is listing,
Each uses some common code, but these are in separate classes and files.

Could you please raise your hand to join the renovation project of aqtinstall to enable installation and listing for Qt 6.7 and later versions?
Your trial can be shared as Pull-Request and others can take your ideas or put their comments to make it work.
