1. Install node.js package
Install node version v14 setup executable file
URL : https://nodejs.org/en/download/releases/
download Node.js 14.16.0

2. Copy FastPlan executable files into Standalone app source directory
Overwrite the executable file into {STANDALONE_SOURCE_DIRECTORY}\src\data directory

3. Make standalone application
Run the Cmd.exe in {STANDALONE_SOURCE_DIRECTORY} directory
and then type the following line
# npm run build

After done this, standalone application and setup files will be generated in in {STANDALONE_SOURCE_DIRECTORY} directory.
