Dispatch ontology instead of user page from main list

By design, the ORR dispatches a request like https://mmisw.org/ont/~uuuu as the page for the uuuu user.

However, when clicked from the main ontology list (and some other listings), the frontend could make a sort of "exception" when an ontology exists for such an IRI so that it triggers the dispatch of the ontology instead of the user page (that is with link https://mmisw.org/ont?iri=https://mmisw.org/ont/~uuuu).
