Basically:

In GUI:

• A signed in user visits an ontology page and selects the option "Watch"

Backend:

• whenever a new version of the ontology is registered, an email is sent to the users watching the ontology

Related option in GUI:

• When a user is about to register a new version of an ontology, an option [ ] Notify watchers is included allowing the user to indicate whether to send the notifications or not.
