May I recommend you add this as a package to to Melpa? It would be much easier to install on Emacs rather than having to clone your repository.

I may.

I'd need to figure out how to ship Common Lisp source code when the package is installed from Emacs. I think those appear as "Multi-File Packages" in Emacs Lisp manual.

Also, SWANK load path would need to be adjusted anyway, so still the installation would not get completely streamlined.
But I'll have look.

@mmontone Why not just add Common Lisp part to quicklisp?
