v0.10.2 First Cut

This is the first released version of Davros.

Note: this is alpha-release software! Do NOT use this to store important files!

This release features:

• Synchronize files between devices using a desktop client.
• Upload, download and delete files from the web UI.
• Preview a few different file types in the web UI.

Known issues:

• Sandstorm doesn't always report free disk space, so the desktop client may report inaccurate free space numbers.
• Can't move or rename files through the web UI.
