Security error - Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I have a solution with 1 MDA, 13 cloud flows, and 77 tables amongst other items in the solution. As I generate the documentation for the solution it fails with the error below. It seems to generate the flows but as it documents the tables in dataverse it stops part way through. Please let me know if you need more information

if this helps at all the last entity written to the word document is

Team(Team)

with a blank Primary Column and blank Description

Thank you for the feedback! Will improve the error handling here this month, so that it won't throw these errors for blank Primary Columns and Descriptions
