in 02028, there are 38 students in grade 3 Hiru class in YR2019.
in YR2020, there are only 21 students in grade 4 Hiru.
those missing students are not available in grade 3 or 4 in YR2019 or YR2020.

ex : missing student : 3FG-GYJ-DY7
