YR2019/2020 Bulk uploads inserted to YR2020

when inserting students through bulk upload to enter YR2019/2020, the students were added under YR2020.

@resha007 We assign the student to the academic periods of the class. can you give more details of this issue in UAT, so we can confirm the academic period of the class.

they created AL classes under YR2020 and select it when uploading. cant we restrict creating AL classes on non AL academic years? we got many complaints on this.
