Mojolicious-Lite DBI-Sqlite CRUD Example #1838

Having warmly appreciated Joel Berger's blog of October 2012 on a Mojolicious-Lite Sqlite example, a bit more work has been done to give a fuller CRUD demonstration, together with helpers. Here is the code:
