Drawing Skiasharp Image on Android at different screen resolutions

I have an Xamarin application and an issue I am having is Android has different screen resolution settings.
The code below draws the image centered perfectly on the canvas with the display settings at 2280 x 1080.
However if I change the display settings to 1520 x 720 or 3040 x 1440 the image is no longer centered.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
