The measured somersault angle for Jason on the Browser doesn't work. #19

Fixes issue #18. - Changed Yeadon input files to YAML. - Changed the data files to have the new Yeadon configuration names. - Added a better implementation to position the rider on the bicycle, which also fixes issue #11. - Increased somersault angle for Jason on the Browser for computation's sake. See issue #19. - Fixes plotting the rider to work with the new Yeadon API. - Fixed some Sphinx errors in the docstrings.

It makes the distance from the shoulder to the grips too long, longer than his arms. Maybe this is an error in the measurements for the handlebars which were done at a later date than the somersault measurement.
