Bars alignment bug when switching between true length and cladogram #103

If you have a rectangular tree, then you set it to true length branches. Then display the bars. Then switch it to cladogram. Then switch it back to true length. Then you will see the bars no longer aligned at the tips.

The reason is because the align tip decorations option gets auto set to off somewhere in that sequence of events.

More info...when switching any aspect of the full tree it will do it as well (eg radial to rectangular to circular)

This is also a problem if you start with radial tree, click show bars, then switch to rectangle tree. You won't be able to click on the align tip labels button in this case. Also, when you click show axis, the axis flies out past the actual bars (since it aligns to the proper location, but the bars are stuck).
