Feature Request: Einstellung für Sprache #316

Es wäre toll wenn man die Sprache auch unabhängig von der Gerätesprache einstellen kann.

Es würde dafür auch nicht unbedingt eine neue Option in den Einstellungen benötigt, es gibt seit Android 13 dafür eine Api https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/resources/app-languages
Dann könnte man die Sprache in den Systemeinstellungen festlegen.
