카테고리 tags 추가

카테고리가 많아지면서 header에 너무 많은 카테고리가 표시되는 문제.

overflow hidden 스크룰이 가능하게.
random으로 특정 개수만 보여주게.

카테고리 눌렀다가 다시 홈으로 이동했을 때, uesrname이 활성화되어있는 버그.
