About "queries-facts" and softmax in din attention part #51

Two questions:

why we need "queries-facts" in din_attention input part? In the paper, the input only includes emb from user and ad, with out-product of them
the softmax of attention scores is used while in the paper, it said this constraint is relaxed since it can reserve the intensity of user interests.
